    AAS-C. is governed by an active Board of Directors consisting of leaders from across the Triangle who bring us the talents they’ve learned in their day jobs in:  county government, AIDS care, administration, nursing, foundation work, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, and legal fields.

    Our board members serve on a variety of teams including the Executive Committee, Fundraising Committee, Nominating Committee, Human Resources Committee and Finance Committee, and such shorter-term committees as the Bylaws Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.
